Here in Aflora we are always looking for new and exciting opportunities for our community to grow and flourish. In addition to ELITE ALLIANCE's Fractional Ownership and Rental & Exchange Program, we are now launching an exclusive Tax Benefit Program for US-based owners. 

Summer has arrived in Tulum along with an unseasonably early rains. With more than 10-consecutive days of heavy rain, we have been working around the clock to prepare the installations of Aflora against future tropical storms.

As we enter the month of May, we prepare for the intense heat and humidity of the upcoming summer season. We remind all community members of the importance of regular maintenance of air conditioning units to ensure efficient and effective operation.

April marks another successful month in our growing community, as we see increasing attendance in our yoga, dance, and fitness classes as well as sold-out theater shows and live music events in PANZA.

Work continues on Aflora. As we transition to our in-house construction supervision team we have been diligently reassessing each area. 

Big changes are underway onsite as we transition our construction supervision team to an in-house operation in order to ensure better quality control and stricter deadlines for our final phases of construction.

We are excited to wish our beloved community a very happy New Year as we enter into 2024. Winter in Tulum brings the festivities of the high season, pristine beach days, and a plethora of vibrant migratory birds.
